If they flew premium seating you got what you paid for. We didn’t . We paid for premium seats but were downgraded to economy on a long overseas flight. That was over two months ago and still no refund in accordance with FEDERAL LAW!

On May 18 Oceania Cruise line booked us from Oklahoma City to Barcelona through Chicago. We paid an extra $4,797.00 for premium seats to Barcelona. Your partner airline, United, was 6 hours late getting us to Chicago and we missed our connection to Barcelona. United got us on a flight but the only seats we separate seats in economy. We are in our 70’s and was very uncomfortable on our long flight. I have turned in a claim, ID ******** on July 3 to get a refund for what we paid for the premium seats. So far, after repeated calls to customer service no one has gotten back to us. This is a lot of money for us on a fixed income and I hope you can help resolve this and get our money back quickly in accordance with Federal Law.

Lufthansa ruined my wedding proposal and has proceeded to care 0%. We were suppose to be on this plane on the upper deck, but they overbook their flights to the point that dozens of people are kicked off. Doesn’t matter that you have business class seats and there is nothing you can do about boarding your confirmed flight. They don’t make it easy for you to get refunded either, and they do not want to talk to you at all. They really are the worst airline I have ever dealt with and I have been flying between Europe and the US for almost 25 years at least twice per year. I can't believe people think this airline is good/has good customer service. What a disappointment!

I used to fly LH long haul but not in the last 15 years ..big time they suck with everything, service, seats, food, and the terminal at Frankfurt, rude and discriminatory staff, ouch..everything.horrible...ain't flying with them again ever!
